Pawtuckaway State Park
At #PawtuckawayStatePark you’ll find a variety of landscapes, with something to do and see for everyone. The 5,500-acre park includes a large family beach by the lake. There are also many opportunities for hiking, with trails leading to many special points of interest, including a mountaintop fire tower, a large marsh where beavers, deer, and great blue herons can be seen and a geologically unique field of glacial erratics can be found. These large boulders called glacial erratics were deposited when glacial ice melted near the end of the Ice Age. Please note: no alcohol is allowed in the park.
Hikes
Hikers can take a 2.4 mile trail to the 908’ summit of South Mountain (check the website for updated status on construction near the fire tower). Other trails include the Mountain Trail that begins just past Mountain Pond. The Fundy Trail is best in early morning or evening when the beavers, deer and great blue herons are most likely to be active. The glacial erratics in the Boulder Field are so large that they’re popular with rock climbers, who practice different climbing techniques on them.

2010 Dodge Ram Pickup 1500 Ranked One of the Best!
Looking for a great deal on a fullsize pickup? Edmunds reviewers praised the #2010DodgeRam1500 as one of the best in its class. The Ram was fully redesigned in 2009 and got a few more upgrades for 2010. It features a smooth, car-like ride, thanks to its heavy-duty coil-spring rear suspension. As an added bonus, the new suspension saves weight, allowing for a stabilizer bar that improves off-road performance. Towing
The tow rating for a properly equipped Ram1500 with a 5.7-liter V8 engine, is 10,2050 pounds. The Ram also features an integrated trailer brake controller, trailer-tow mirrors and a tire-pressure monitor that also keeps tabs on the spare.
