The 2008 Ranger
The Ranger is available in four models: the XL, XLT, Sport and FX4. It was also made with two- or four-door configurations. Three V-6 engine choices are available: 2.3L making 143 hp; 3.0L making 148 hp; and 4.0L making 207 hp. Four-wheel-drive was an option on all trim lines. Different bed lengths are also available, including a 7-ft bed, the longest in its segment. Towing capacity is a maximum of 6,000 lb.
